Shuttle Bus
Getting to Cranbourne Gardens is easier than ever with our free daily shuttle between Cranbourne Station and Cranbourne Gardens.
The shuttle is wheelchair accessible and there are three departures from Cranbourne Train Station every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Accessibility
We are committed to providing equitable access to all and actively work to identify and remove barriers to access and inclusion across all areas of the organisation's operations.
We believe in the Social Model of Disability, where disability is caused by both society and environmental barriers. We aim to reduce and remove these barriers four our visitors through our work in access and inclusion.

Access Resources
Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria now has an access key for both Cranbourne and Melbourne Gardens. This tool allows visitors to make informed decisions about their visit to the Gardens. It provides detailed information about parking, the gradient of paths and access. It also highlights accessible toilets and services that the Gardens provides, such as electric scooters. The Melbourne Access Key is available to download in either high contrast or large print formats, and the Cranbourne Access Key can be found in both formats here:

Diversity, Access, and Inclusion Plan
RBGV has developed a Diversity, Inclusion, and Access Plan that demonstrates our commitment to inclusion and access and provides an effective blueprint for identifying and addressing barriers and realising new access opportunities.
The Diversity, Inclusion, and Access Plan, alongside the Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan, and the RBGV People Strategy underpins our commitment to inclusion and access for all visitors, staff, and stakeholders.
