Helen Barnes

Helen Barnes is responsible for the curation of the vascular component of Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria's (MEL) collection. Her work includes databasing Australian and foreign-collected specimens, processing loan and exchange material and servicing specimen image requests. Helen also assists with MEL's Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program.

Helen is currently working on a project involving the cataloguing of specimens received as part of the John Stuart Mill Herbarium (1806–1873).
